Insta Print Hub was founded on April 10, 2020, with a mission to provide beautiful, affordable, and durable wood wall art to customers across the U.S.


3. What are your business hours?

Our team is available to assist you from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. If you contact us outside of business hours, we'll get back to you as soon as possible during the next working day.


4. What is your order cut-off time?

Orders placed by 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (GMT-05:00) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after that time will be processed the following business day.


5. How long does it take to receive my order?

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Total Delivery Time: 4–7 business days, depending on your location

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, and you will receive a tracking number once your order ships.


6. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.


7. Can I return my item if I’m not satisfied?

Absolutely. We offer a 30-day return policy for both defective and non-defective products. Items must be in new condition and returned by mail.

  • Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • Refund Time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive the return
